I love helping people create epic lives.

A cornerstone of creating my own epic life was discovering who I really am. When I was 22 years old, with the assistance of entheogens, I experienced a transcendent dimension of life. I realized that I am not just myself, but more fundamentally, I am the source of existence that gave rise to myself - and to all living beings.

In Zen Buddhism this is called '“Interbeing” - the awareness that we are not only being as an individual, but inter-being as the field of all individuals. We are simultaneously a wave and the entire ocean. At the core, we are that which existed before the earth and universe were born, that which currently exists as all of nature, all of the cosmos, and all living beings, and that which will continue to exist eternally. The deep recognition of Interbeing naturally gives rise to an embrace of both life and death, to dissolution of jealousy, to motivation toward kindness, to the expression of authenticity, and awareness of true love.

Psychedelic Integration is the path to sustained embodiment of Interbeing awareness. It is a lifelong journey. A journey that itself is the eternal destination - and as such deserves to be filled with love, joy, and play. I am here to help you fully occupy your authentic and heartfelt path, to bring forward creativity in service of your gifts to the world, and to summon courage to take the steps that will make your life truly epic! Dr. Tomas Frymann

Dr. Tomas Frymann is the founder of As We Wake, an international collective dedicated to “nature, community, health, & unity” based in California and Australia.

He earned his Ph.D. from Columbia University in the Spirituality and Psychology Lab, where he studied the variety of pathways that lead to self-transcendence, including psychedelics, religion, philosophy, and connection to nature. He developed the first ever psychometric scales of Psychedelic Integration and Interbeing Identity. His research has been translated into numerous languages, is used by facilitation centers worldwide, and has been presented at renowned forums including the United Nations and Harvard University. He has been featured on numerous podcasts including The Universe Within, 10 Laws, The Fourth Wave, Psychedelic Medicine, and End of the Road.

Dr. Frymann is an initiate of the Bwiti tradition and has helped facilitate well over 100 psychedelic ceremonies spanning modalities including psilocybin, ayahuasca, iboga, and 5-MeO-DMT, at centers including Soltara, Rythmia, and The Mission Within. During his Ph.D. in clinical psychology he was trained in ACT, CBT, DBT, IPT, and psychodynamic therapy, and he is a credentialed facilitator of breathwork, mindfulness, and METTA meditation.

Tomas is uniquely capable of helping others connect to epic living because he has lived a truly epic life - bridging the world of academics, psychedelics, and holistic wellbeing. He has traveled to over 40 countries, spent the past decade hosting international mind–body–surf retreats, competed as a professional skimboarder, big wave surfed at Mavericks, Nazaré, and Puerto Escondido, journeyed vast dimensions of psychedelic consciousness, found consistent peace in meditation, deeply explored ethical non-monogamy, and even more deeply explored the joys of committed partnership, community, friendship, play, laughter, expansion, and growth.

Introductory Session

A simple entry point to connect and explore where you are at and where you want to go.

We’ll look at the key areas of your life—mental, physical, relational, worldly, and spiritual—and get a sense of what’s working, what’s challenging, and what you’re ready to evolve toward.

From there, we’ll outline a direction for moving toward a more E.P.I.C., aligned, and expansive life.

The introductory session is a one time offer.

Coaching Package (5 Sessions)

Together, we create a space for deeper exploration, momentum, and meaningful change.

Across five sessions, we’ll support your holistic flourishing across mental, physical, relational, worldly, and spiritual domains—bringing online embodiment, play, interbeing, and creativity.

We’ll work to infuse these qualities into how you think, relate, act, and create—supporting you in moving through challenges and into a more aligned, energized, and expansive way of living.

Interbeing Ceremony

$500.00

This one-on-one guided ceremony brings E.P.I.C. living from theory into real life. It is a truly magical opportunity to directly experience the essence of Interbeing, and the transcendent context of your existence.

This experience is held in reverence - meaning “a feeling of profound awe, respect, and admiration, directed toward something sacred, exalted, or highly esteemed.” The miraculous underlying source of existence is what we hold reverence for, and directly tap into.

Format: 2-hour in-person experiential

Required/Suggested*: Introductory Session required. Coaching Container addition strongly suggested.
